The Hungarian Vizsla is a medium-sized dog, of distinguished appearance, robust and medium boned. It is lively, intelligent, obedient, sensitive, very affectionate and easily trained. The Hungarian Vizsla is bred for hunting fur and feather, pointing and retrieving from land and water. It is gentle-mannered and demonstratively affectionate, fearless and with a well developed protective instinct.
